Payment by cash or check is required to secure participation in program. Program is limited time, limited supply and is subject to change or withdrawal by Medford without prior notice. Customer will hold Medford harmless for any conditions due to but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or emergencies, or any events beyond seller's control. Past due accounts voids program participation. Participation fee is non-refundable. Only automatic deliveries are covered under this program, tank top offs are not covered. Maximum delivered gallons is 1000 per enrollment.
