The "Basic" plan includes an annual heating system tune-up and adjustment to the burner and smoke pipe, plus lubrication of all bearings and motors. The result will be higher efficiency, which can help you save up to 10% OFF your annual heating costs!

Medford Heating provides ONE ANNUAL TUNE-UP AND ADJUSTMENT to ensure that your air conditioner is operating at maximum efficiency. We check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks; check voltage and amperage; lubricate all moving parts; check condenser coil, belts, filters, wiring and connections; check air temperature drop and condensate drain.

24 HOUR "NO CHARGE" LABOR AND PARTS COVERAGE 8 A.M. TO 4 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, ON THE ITEMS BELOW. SERVICES PERFORMED AT ANY OTHER TIMES WILL BE CHARGED AT THE PREVAILING RATE.

Service will not be performed after dark or in inclement weather due to electrical danger. Medford Heating follows new environmental regulations to protect ozone layer. If refrigerant must be removed from unit, an additional $75 will be charged for the use of environmentally approved equipment.

Hot Water Contracts

Coverage Plan- Outstanding protection for separate oil-fired hot water heaters!
        Only $149.00

        -Annual tune-up and adjustment included! (Burner, smoke pipe and lubrication of all bearings and
        motors.)
        -"No charge" labor and parts on oil burner and controls during the plan year.
